 1. Any PC font will work, so if you have one on your computer that you'd like to use, e-mail it to me at kallenshaan@cox.net . If not, you can select one from the "Lettering Style Selection Page".  Same applies to any logo or clipart.

2. Mail your  pens  in a small box or bubble mailer.  Be sure to include all necessary information as well as payment in the form of a check, money order, or credit card info. 3. Engraving costs are $7.00 per pen plus shipping. That includes text and logo. Quantities of 10-50 of the same style pen with the identical logo/text are $5.00 per pen. Call for a quote for pen quantities in excess of 50. Extra lines are an additional $3.00 ea. If you want something on both sides of the pen, add $3.00.

4. I've had a lot of requests for engraving larger images, designs or photographs around a pen barrel. This is done using a different procedure and setup which requires the blanks to be sent to me finished but unassembled. This is extremely effective for simulating a schrimshawed look on antler pens. The cost for this type of rotary engraving is $25 per blank plus shipping.

5. For all small logo and single line text engraving please send your pens already finished and assembled. The laser engraving process produces a slight resinous deposit around the engraved area which is easily cleaned up with water if the pen already has a finish on it. If the pen does not have a finish on it, the resin will soak into the unfinished wood which will require re-sanding to remove.

6. Color fill is available in Gold, Silver, Copper, Bronze, White, Black, Red and Blue. There's a $4.00 charge per pen for any colorfill. No quantity discounts apply on colorfill.If you want to do it yourself, the best colorfill that I've found for laser engraving can be purchased from Laserbits in Phoenix, Az. www.laserbits.com . 7. Turn around time is very short. Depending on the quantities involved , I'll usually have them shipped out within 2 to 3 days at the most. If you have important deadlines to meet, be sure to call ahead to verify that he'll be in town as we attend several trade shows ever year and are gone at times for up to a week.

8. All return shipping is done through the U.S. Post Office via 1st class or Priority Mail. Currently the cost to ship 1 lb. or less via priority mail is $4.85. If you want your package to be returned via 1st class shipping, for 1 or 2 pens add $1.50. For 3 or 4 pens add $2.50. Any more than 4 pens, add $4.85 for priority shiping. Add 8.1% sales tax if you live in Nevada.
